Cambridge City Badminton Club

We are a club in the Cambridgeshire league based at St Faith’s School. Our club nights are on Mondays (7pm-10pm), and our home matches are on Thursdays. We are a competitive but friendly club.

Welcome

At Cambridge City Badminton Club we offer:

  • Feather shuttles on Club Nights and Matches.
  • Fabulous modern 4-court hall.
  • League/team matches.
  • Friendly members.
New members are always welcome, if you’ve played league before, or feel you are ready to play at that level, then please contact us.
We’re also on Facebook at our Comberton Badminton Club group.
The 2019-20 season will run from September 2nd 2019 to April 27th 2020, with a two week break between 16th December and 6th January.

How to Join

Fees for 2019/20

We work hard to provide very competitive rates while still providing, for example, feather shuttles for all club nights and matches. Our fees are:
    Senior: £135/pa
    Student: £85/pa
    Junior: Half senior rate
    Visitor: £5/night (max 4 nights)

    Match fee: £5 (£4 vets)

If you have missed the start of the season and wish to join the club mid-season, the fees can be adjusted. If you are interested in joining our club please get it touch with either the Chairman or Club Secretary.

You should have played at league level before, or be working towards that level. You will typically come and play on two or three club nights, allowing you to decide if you like the club, before a decision is made on your full membership.

For members wanting details of how to make your payment, please see the Members Section.
